Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within [14 days] of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Note: Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as “final sale.”
3. Return Process

- Return Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] and issued via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery). Refunds for COD payments will be via cash.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return the original purchase and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
